Eat Right, Live Well 

Apparently we weren't all listening when our parents told us to eat our vegetables. Only 27 percent of American adults get the recommended servings each day, according to the American Dietetic Association. And, less than 10 percent of Hess employees say they get the recommended servings each day. 

 

Good nutrition is a key building block for your long-term health and the way you feel every day. The fact that many Americans lack good nutrition was part of the motivation behind the creation of National Nutrition Month in March in the United States. Health4Life has nutrition activities going on around the globe this month, plus resources available year-round for eligible employees and family members.
